My name is Jess and I opened Love Of Pets in February 2023. This job is a dream come true and I am truly passionate about animals. Having three dogs of my own and other small animals I know how daunting it can be finding someone to care for them. I treat all of my clients like they are my own and truly care about learning about the needs of every individual pet in my care. I am fully insured, DBS checked and pet first aid trained.

Dog Walking
Offering 30 and 60-minute walks. I run both solo and group dog walks.
Walks will be carried out in the local area and dogs will be towel-dried on return.
Photos of your pups having fun can be viewed daily on my social media pages and via message.
I have experience with nervous/reactive dogs.
30 minute solo- £12
60 minute solo- £18
Per additional dog-£5
60 minute group walk- £15
Per additional dog- 50%
Pet Pop-ins
I offer 15/30/60/90 minute pop-ins. This service is not only for dogs but also other small animals.
For dogs, the pop-in will include feeding, toileting, and other enriching games to keep your pups occupied.
For cats and other small animals, I offer litter changes, feeding, providing fresh water, and fuss.
Cage cleans can be provided but will be discussed prior to my visits.
15 minutes- £8.50
30 minutes- £12
60 minutes- £18
£5 per additional dog
£2 per additional cat after the first two cats
For households with multiple animals price may vary
Jess is so patience with our fur babies and has really helped us out, recommending leads to help our walking experience more fun, Darcy & Dexter love going out with jess, when they see her pull up, they are so excited to see her every time, they look forward to there adventures with Jess,
Jess has also helped Dexter who had shown anxieties toward other dogs, and now Dexter has shown massive improvements and enjoys his group walks on Wednesdays where he has made new friends

We are so pleased and happy we have found Jess to walk Rocky our fur baby, rocky absolutely loves her and we completely trust jess and wouldn't want anyone else to walk him and look after him.
We love the pictures jess sends us from his walks and she is very reliable, trustworthy and loves rocky just as much as he loves her!

We recently hired Jess to look after our two cats whilst we were on holiday and we couldn’t be happier with the service. As well as being very friendly, helpful and reliable, we were super impressed with her professionalism and prompt communication. Jess provided us with very clear information and asked us to complete some thorough forms, which gave us peace of mind that she took the responsibility of the pet care seriously. Jess followed our instructions to the letter, left everything clean and tidy and kept in touch with updates and photos. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will definitely be using her services again.
Jess has been amazing. She began walking our girls once a week in the lead up to us going away and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Jess kept us up to date with lots of lovely photos and how they’ve been getting on, and even treating them to a day out over the bank holiday.
The house was spotless when we returned and we’re slightly concerned they prefer Jess to us now! She definitely looked after them as if they were her own and we were completely put at ease with them in her care. Would absolutely recommend love of pets
It’s a difficult decision to allow someone to look after, walk your dog, and come into your home, but I am so glad I met Jess.
Lola loves her weekly walks and I love seeing the pictures of her having fun!
Jess has a huge knowledge and love of pets which is apparent, and adapts for their individual needs which she takes the time to learn about.

Can’t recommend Love of Pets enough! Jess did a pet sit for our doggo Samson for 4 days/3 nights whilst we were on holiday. It was so lovely to have updates everyday and pictures to go along side, it really did put my mind at rest that he was in safe hands and definitely having so much fun with Jess… so much fun I don’t think he would have wanted her to leave! Highly recommended and Samson will definitely be going to Jess again, she will always be my first option! Thanks again Jess for taking such good care of our baby!!
